How do I move the program to a new computer or reinstall it to a cleaned hard disk?
It's easy - just download and install it again.
Here's a link to downloads for all our products.
During the installation, enter the password we emailed you when you bought the product. It's on your receipt.

How do I enter my password into the program?

1 Start CaptureWiz and click the Buy button.
Pro version:


Lite version:


3 On the Purchase Wizard, click Enter Password.


4 Enter your name, password and click Next.

What if CaptureWiz says my password is invalid?
CaptureWizPro versions 3.x do not accept passwords from earlier Pro versions or any Lite version.
Download earlier versions from our Downloads page.
Or, buy a half-price upgrade to the latest Pro version here.
To tell exactly what program you have installed:
1 Start CaptureWiz and open the main window.
2 On the main menu, click Help.
3 On the sub-menu, click About CaptureWiz.

What if I've lost my password?
Tips for finding your password:
Search your email for a message from PixelMetrics with CaptureWiz in the subject.
Search your collection of tax receipts for a printout of above.
Search in a manila folder you've created and labeled "Passwords and Welcomes".
For $5 we provide an order lookup service.
Please allow one business day for the search.
If no order is found, we can apply the fee to a new purchase.
