How do I move the program to a new computer or reinstall it to a cleaned hard disk?
It's easy - just download and install it again.
Here's a link to downloads for all our products.
During the installation, enter the password we emailed you when you bought the product. It's on your receipt.


How do I enter my password into the program?

1 Start CaptureWiz and click the Buy button.

Pro  version:



Lite  version:



If no buy button appears, the program already has the password and there's no need to do anything.

2 On the Purchase Wizard, click Enter Password.



3 Enter your name, password and click Next.



What if CaptureWiz says my password is invalid?
CaptureWizPro does not accept passwords from earlier versions of Pro or the Lite edition.
Download the program you bought from our  Downloads page.

To tell exactly what program you have installed:
1 Start CaptureWiz and open the main window.
2 On the main menu, click Help.
3 On the sub-menu, click About CaptureWiz.


What if I've lost my password?
Tips for finding your password:
  Search your email for a message from  PixelMetrics  with  CaptureWiz  in the subject.
  Search your collection of tax receipts for a printout of above.
  Search in a manila folder you've created and labeled "Passwords and Welcomes".
