How to set the default recording device.

Like people, Windows error messages don't always mean what they say. If you see the message "Specified device is already in use", it means the wrong sound recording device is selected.

Here's how to fix this:
1 Click Start / Control Panel / Sound and Audio Devices.
2 Click the Audio tab.
3 Under Sound recording, Default device, select your audio card.
