Today Microsoft begins its multi-million dollar launch of Windows 7 and we're planning to hog the spotlight by releasing a compatible version of CaptureWizPro simultaneously.

This new version, 4.2, is a free update for those who purchased version 4.0 or later and upgrades from older versions are still half-price.

If you're using Windows 7, we recommend the update. Otherwise, wait till next time.

We moved!

Whoopee, our major investments in MooLattés, chocolate covered coffee beans and Jolt colas have finally paid off! Sales are booming and we've completely run out of room. So, after 20 years on Ralston Road, we packed all our computers and moved to a new location with over four times the space, better connectivity and just a short walk to Jenny's wake-the-dead 44oz coffee mochas.

Dave wins Nobel PC Prize

Shocking the world, PixelMetrics President, CaptureWiz author and shameless promoter, Dave Eisler, was awarded the 2009 Nobel PC Prize for his "extraordinary efforts to help diverse peoples capture ideas and communicate across barriers." Plus, committee members reported they enjoyed recording Abba music videos with the free trial. Dave responded by saying he's not worthy and promises to never appear on ABC's Wife Swap.
