Blank screen caused by security program

Some security programs, particularly Zone Alarm Force Field and Norton Internet Security, intentionally block screen capture.

 

Characteristics, as reported by our customers:

•Screen  goes blank after clicking the Area button.
•Happens when online, such as a browser is open.
•Happens when viewing a secure web page, such as an order entry form.

Perhaps the best solution is to take the security program back to the store where you bought it and get your money back.
